Job Description

 make outbound calls to potential STUDENTS to generate leads or sales, explaining the institute's courses and servicesResponsibilities would include understanding STUDENT's  needs, addressing inquiries, and following up on leads. 

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Outbound Calling: Making calls to potential and existing customers to promote the institute's courses.
  • Lead Generation and Sales: Converting potential students into enrolled ones through persuasive communication.
  • Explaining Courses: Clearly and concisely explaining the institute's course offerings and benefits.
  • Addressing Queries: Answering customer questions and concerns about the institute's programs.
  • Following Up: Maintaining records of calls, scheduling follow-up appointments, and managing leads.
  • Meeting Targets: Achieving sales targets and other performance metrics. 

Required Skills

Skills Required:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and the ability to engage with customers effectively. 
     
  • Persuasion and Negotiation: The ability to persuade potential students and negotiate sales. 
     
  • Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service and handling inquiries with patience and professionalism. 
     
  • Basic Computer Knowledge: Familiarity with basic computer programs and telephone systems. 
     
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Hindi is often a requirement
